2. Order Processing & Handling Time

• Handling time: Approximately 25–30 working days.
• Processing time starts after we receive full payment and confirm the order.
• Actual shipment schedules depend on product availability, order volume, export documentation, and shipping arrangements.
• Buyers are encouraged to confirm their required quantity and delivery schedule before placing an order.

3. Payment Terms

• Payment method: 100% cash advance (full payment in advance).
• Full payment is required before order processing begins.
• Production or order preparation will start after payment has been received and confirmed.
• Bank transfer (T/T) is the preferred payment method. Other payment methods may be considered by mutual agreement.

4. Shipping Terms

• Incoterm: FOB Tanjung Priok, Jakarta, Indonesia.
• Applicable standard: Incoterms® 2020.
• The FOB price covers the goods and the seller's responsibilities up to delivery on board the vessel at Tanjung Priok Port, Jakarta, including applicable export clearance.
• The buyer is responsible for ocean freight, cargo insurance, destination port charges, import customs clearance, import duties, taxes, and other costs applicable after delivery on board.
• The buyer may nominate a shipping line or freight forwarder, subject to coordination with the seller.
• Final shipping arrangements and costs must be confirmed before the order is finalized.

5. Monthly Supply Capacity

Our estimated monthly supply capacities are:

• Java Preanger Arabica Specialty Grade: 1.2 MT/month
• Indonesian Arabica Commercial Grade 1: 40 MT/month
• Indonesian Robusta Commercial Grade 1: 80 MT/month

Supply capacity is subject to stock availability, harvest conditions, quality requirements, and existing orders. Please confirm availability before placing a purchase order.

6. Order Procedure

1. Product Selection: Choose your preferred coffee type and grade.
2. Order Confirmation: Confirm the required quantity, price, specifications, and shipment schedule.
3. Proforma Invoice (PI): We issue a proforma invoice for your review and approval.
4. Advance Payment: The buyer transfers 100% of the order value according to the agreed payment instructions.
5. Order Processing: We begin order preparation after payment confirmation.
6. Export Preparation: We arrange the required export documents and coordinate shipment arrangements.
7. Shipment: The goods are shipped according to the agreed FOB Tanjung Priok, Jakarta terms.

7. Important Notes

• All orders are subject to written confirmation by the seller.
• Prices and supply availability must be reconfirmed when the order is placed.
• Product specifications, packaging, quality requirements, and export documentation should be agreed upon before payment.
• Any special requirements must be discussed and approved in writing before order confirmation.
• The final terms stated in the proforma invoice and sales contract will govern the transaction.
